Welcome to the Pairadox Project by Fusion Marketing! Our mission is to create meaningful community impact by pairing paying business clients with nonprofits for equivalent design services. When a business contracts logo design or website development services, a nonprofit receives the same service at no cost. This program aligns with our core pillars of Authenticity, Breaking rules, and Partnerships. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility Criteria
For Nonprofits
To be eligible for this program, nonprofits must meet the following criteria:
- Nonprofit Status: Must provide an EIN proving nonprofit status or documentation that the organization has been operating as a nonprofit/mutual aid organization for more than 12 months.
- Contact Information: Valid contact information must be provided and maintained throughout the project.
- Value Alignment: The organization must align with Fusion Marketing’s core pillars of Authenticity, Breaking rules, and Partnerships.
- Participation Commitment: Must be willing to use our online proofing and approval systems, respond to all communications within 48 hours, and participate in all media, press opportunities, and provide an impact statement and video testimonial related to the program.
For Businesses
To participate as a Pairadox Partner, businesses must:
- Contract Qualifying Service: Purchase a logo design or website development project from Fusion Marketing.
- Cause Selection: Select up to three cause categories that align with their values.
- Participation Commitment: Agree to participate in the live selection event, press release process, and social media announcements.
- Timeline Adherence: Commit to project timelines and communication requirements.
Geographic Restrictions
- Participating nonprofits must be located within the United States.
- Businesses may be located anywhere but must contract with Fusion Marketing for the qualifying services.
Application Process
For Nonprofits
- Form Submission: Complete the online application indicating whether you need a logo or a website and provide information about your organization.
- Screening: All applications are screened by the Fusion team to ensure eligibility.
- Approval: Approved nonprofits are added to our selection pool within their respective category.
- Pool Duration: Approved nonprofits remain in the selection pool for up to 12 months from submission date, after which reapplication is required if not selected.
For Businesses
- Service Contract: Complete standard service agreement for logo design or website development.
- Cause Selection: Select up to three cause categories that matter to your organization.
- Selection Participation: Agree to participation terms for the program.
Selection Process
When a business purchases a qualifying service from Fusion Marketing:
- Category Selection: The participating business selects up to three cause categories they’re passionate about.
- Selection Pool: All eligible nonprofits from the selected categories are combined into one selection pool.
- Recorded Selection: A random selection is conducted with the participating business owner via video chat using wheelofnames.com as the random selection tool. This selection process is recorded and later shared on social media.
- Winner Notification: The selected nonprofit is notified immediately following the drawing.
- Transparency: The entire selection process is documented and publicly available.
Project Guidelines
Service Matching Principle:
- The nonprofit will receive equivalent services to what the paying business client has purchased.
- Project scope, deliverables, and specifications will match those outlined in the business client’s contract.
- Detailed specifications for each individual project will be documented in the project contract.
General Service Parameters:
Logo Design Projects:
- Discovery process to understand brand needs
- Multiple initial concepts
- Revision process
- Final deliverables in standard formats
- Timeline typically 3-4 weeks from discovery
Website Development Projects:
- Discovery process to define requirements
- WordPress-based responsive design
- Basic SEO implementation
- Timeline typically 6-8 weeks from discovery
Additional services such as e-commerce functionality, advanced features, or expanded content development may be included depending on the matched business project scope.
For Nonprofits Only:
- 12 months of hosting provided for free via coupon code
- Basic security updates for one year included
Intellectual Property Rights
- All final designs created through the Pairadox Project will be transferred to the respective client or nonprofit.
- Fusion Marketing grants exclusive commercial use rights to the client/nonprofit for all internally created designs upon project completion.
- Fusion Marketing retains the right to display the work in their portfolio and marketing materials.
Pairadox Partner Benefits
Businesses participating in the Pairadox Project receive:
- Professional Design Services: High-quality logo or website development.
- Community Recognition: Official “Pairadox Partner” designation.
- Physical Recognition: Custom “Pairadox Partner” plaque for display.
- Window/Door Sticker: “Pairadox Partner” sticker for public visibility.

- Press Coverage: Featured in press releases sent to local media outlets.
- Social Media Exposure: Highlighted in Fusion Marketing’s social channels and the live selection event.

Communication Requirements
All participants agree to:
- Timely Responses: Respond to all project communications within 48 hours.
- Media Participation: Participate in press release development and approval.
- Social Media Engagement: Share program-related posts on organizational social media channels.
- Impact Reporting: Provide feedback on program impact when requested.
- Photo/Video Permission: Allow Fusion Marketing to capture and share photos/videos of the project process and results.
Usage Rights and Recognition
- Portfolio Usage: Fusion Marketing reserves the right to include all completed projects in its portfolio.
- Case Studies: Projects may be featured in case studies, blog posts, and other marketing materials.
- Credit Requirements: All participants agree to credit Fusion Marketing appropriately when sharing or publishing the completed work.
- Pairadox Branding: Businesses agree to display the Pairadox Partner designation for a minimum of 12 months.
Disclaimers and Important Notices
- Non-Exchangeable: This offer cannot be exchanged for credit, cash, or any product outside of what is offered.
- Non-Transferable: This offer is non-transferable.
- Single Entry: Only one entry per organization at a time.
- No Guarantee: There is no guarantee that an applicant will qualify or be chosen even if placed in the selection pool.
- Declined Selection: If a selected nonprofit declines participation, Fusion Marketing reserves the right to conduct a new selection from the same category pool. The declining nonprofit may reapply after a 6-month waiting period.
- Abandoned Projects: Projects will be considered abandoned after two weeks of no communication, resulting in forfeiture of services.
- Limited Liability: By participating, organizations agree that Fusion Marketing is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the program.
- Program Modifications: Fusion Marketing reserves the right to modify the program at any time with notice to current participants.
- Legal Compliance: All participants must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Program Timeline
- Application Review: Nonprofit applications are reviewed monthly.
- Selection Events: Random selections occur within 30 days of qualifying business project completion.
- Project Initiation: Selected nonprofit projects begin within 30 days of selection.
- Project Completion: All projects follow standard timeline guidelines as outlined above.
