All website maintenance tickets are handled on-location by a member of the talented Fusion Marketing web department. We pride ourselves on providing fast, professional support for any of your website maintenance needs that may arise.
- Tickets are completed in the order they are received.
- If you have hosting with Fusion then any submitted tickets will be timed and applied against your hosting plans allotted time.
- If you do not host with Fusion then we will quote the amount of time anticipated to complete your request.
- You are responsible for any overages and will be billed accordingly unless you notate that we are to stop when you are out of time within your request.
