Our Process
1. Discovery Meeting

2. Proposal
After we flush out the details for the project, we put everything in writing to make sure we’re on the same page. As soon as you sign off on the project, we get to work!
3. Creative
This is the fun part of the project for us. Our team crafts authentic materials that resonate with donors, foster families, and volunteers.
4. Proofs
After we finish on our end, we will send over digital proofs for you to review. Don’t worry; on the off chance that you do have changes, we’ll make sure to get them implemented ASAP and send them back your way -no cat and mouse!
5. Production
As soon as you approve your artwork, it will be put in line for production. If it’s a digital asset, we will package it up and send it over. Websites take around 24-48 hours to go live. Larger projects like vehicle wraps and volunteer awards have slightly longer lead times.
