Project Background
Fraser High School’s band reached out to Fusion Marketing with a need for new, professionally designed band shirts. They came to us with a concept sketch in hand, which they wanted to be refined and printed on their shirts.
Project Description and Materials Used
Our team selected a durable navy Gildan shirt as the canvas for this project. The shirt design features an artistic depiction of a saxophone with wings on the front as a symbol of the band’s free-spirited nature. On the back of the shirt, we included a list of band members’ names, honoring their contribution to the band’s musical journey.
Problem Addressed and Our Approach
Our challenge was transforming the band’s initial sketch into a professional, visually appealing design. With our expertise in design and silk-screen printing, we meticulously polished the image, maintaining its original spirit while enhancing its appeal. We used a 1-color white silk-screen printing technique for both the shirts’ front and back to ensure uniformity and durability.
Project Benefits and Outcomes
The outcome was a set of band shirts that the Fraser High School band members will wear with pride. The shirts reflect their identity, celebrate their unity, and provide a professional image for their performances. They also provide members with the perfect keepsake.
