Shannon approached us needing various branding assets, including a new website. Before diving into the website design, we recognized the importance of establishing strong foundational branding. We began this multistep project by focusing on creating her logo.
Project Description and Materials Used
As part of our creative process, we started with hand-sketched concepts, which we then refined in Adobe Illustrator. After several iterations, we collaborated with Carriere HR to further hone the designs until we achieved a logo that met all their expectations. The final design features a wordmark that reads “Carriere HR,” with “Carriere” presented in a vibrant red-orange script and “HR” depicted in a bold, deep blue sans-serif font. The HR component is notably larger, nestling behind the “rriere” of Carriere, creating a visually engaging hierarchy.
Problem Addressed and Approach
We organized multiple discovery meetings to effectively capture the essence of Carriere HR. This allowed us to gain a thorough understanding of what was important to Shannon and her clients. These discussions provided invaluable insights, making the process enjoyable while ensuring we aligned our creative direction with her vision.
Project Benefits and Outcomes
The end result is a professional brand foundation that is both clean and marketable. This logo will serve as the cornerstone for all future client-centric touchpoints, enabling Carriere HR to present a cohesive and polished image to its target audience.
