After a short conversation with Donald C. Wheaton Jr., we agreed that there was some synergy between our two companies. Before the following week was over, he’d already received concepts for his logo design. After running them by his people to get their feedback on each of them, he narrowed it down to just one high-quality concept. Mr. Wheaton was pleased after making only a few tweaks. We were thrilled when we found out that Jimmy McKnight was starting another podcast. This isn’t his first rodeo as he has had success in this sector previously. The new show was going to be named after him and he needed a logo to help his new brand stand out. We played around with a lot of different ideas and landed with this fun two color design. It has a nice bold personality, just like Jimmy. Pictured you can see the logo on common swag like sport water bottles, a shirt, and stickers.
Durban-Goode Enterprises is a holding company. Some of the businesses include an IT services
company, eSports marketing, video game lounge, and corporate podcast production company. In addition, DGE also evaluates new and unique business opportunities for creation or investment. GGE was looking for an abstract logo design (Pepsi, BP, Adidas). They liked the idea of using orange and/or purple. Fusion came up with some concepts and further refined the design until the current mark was settled on. This logo is abstract yet incorporates the D and G within. Mockups of different variations are provided.
The Black Hole came to Fusion for help with their Comic Book Store Logo. After a few conversations on what would and would not work FM got to work. We designed around Aaron’s concept of a black hole smashing onto the word ‘comics’. He provided references of a Hulk comic for the broken concrete effect. The final logo is out of this world.
ME, a skin care start-up locked in their formulas but needed a crest logo to speak for the brand. Their demographic is primary men of color. We took inspiration from lux brands, botanical elements and produced 8 different concepts. One of them stood out and ultimately became the new identity for ME Skin Care.Pictured are mockups as well as some of our concepts.
