Lights Out approached Fusion Marketing with a clear need – they required a new Client Estimate Form that would streamline their operations and enhance their professional image. The team at Lights Out had a vision for what they wanted but needed our expertise at Fusion Marketing to bring their vision to life.
Project Description and Materials Used
Fusion Marketing rose to the challenge by creating a custom estimate form for Lights Out. The form featured the company’s logo and all relevant information prominently displayed in the top left corner.
The forms were printed on 60# carbonless copy paper, ensuring durability and ease of use. Each estimate was sequentially numbered to enhance operational efficiency further, starting from the last estimate Lights Out had on hand.
Problem Addressed and Approach
One of the challenges faced during this project was the lack of correct file types provided by Lights Out. They had a sample of what they needed, but the file types were incompatible with the production process.
We took a proactive approach by recreating the art to be vector-based. This format ensures that the logo and other design elements can be used on various materials without compromising quality, providing a versatile solution for Lights Out.

The project’s outcome was a set of custom client estimate forms that met Lights Out’s operational needs and served as a tool to promote its brand. With their company letterhead printed on each form, Lights Out can now easily track records while enhancing their professional image.
