Project Background
We were thrilled when a previous client from our plant reached out to us about his new venture in the logistics industry. This sister company, Navis Logistics Inc., focuses on the dispatching side of the industry. Our history and the client’s trust in our work quality and process granted us complete creative freedom for this project.
Project Description and Materials Used
Our design for Navis Logistics Inc. is marked by a dark teal blue and orange color scheme. The logo features a text mark of the word “Navis,” where the letter ‘V’ forms half of a circle with an arrow. Another arrow completes the circle, symbolizing movement. The words “logistics INC” are strategically positioned below the ‘NA’ in “Navis.”
We employed Adobe Illustrator to create the logo, ensuring a high-quality, scalable design. We also provided a comprehensive logo package that includes everything Navis will need for online and offline usage.
Problem Addressed and Approach
Our challenge was to incorporate the concept of movement into the logo. After exploring various ideas, we settled on the symbolism of one arrow pointing towards a destination and the other returning. This concept resonated with us as it perfectly encapsulates the logistics industry.
We utilized a vibrant color palette to ensure Navis stands out when bidding on jobs. This unique design approach addresses the initial problem and adds a distinctive flair to the brand’s visual identity.
